1.2. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of KutrybX PowerFix and any other products (“Products”) sold through this Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PLACING AN ORDER

2.4. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order reference number. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.2. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

4. PRICES & VAT

4.1. All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
4.2. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4.3. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order value.
4.4. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. PAYMENT

5.1. Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout.
5.2. Full payment must be received before dispatch.
5.3. We do not store your payment details. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

6. DELIVERY

6.1. We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations (where available).
6.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.3. Risk and ownership of the Products pass to you upon delivery.
6.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

7.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
7.2. For hygiene and safety reasons, food supplements must be unopened, unused, and sealed to qualify for a return.
7.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
